Returns
If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, please contact us via Email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise. Upon returning any unused or undamaged product, we will elect to issue a refund minus a 20% re stocking fee. Return shipping and handling to be paid by the customer. Items must be returned in original packaging. All of our products have a one year limited warranty to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty parts. If a product is damaged due to abuse or misuse, we will fix or replace the damaged part or parts at the owner’s expense.
